1Your Fees?
We work on a No Win / No Fee basis , If we are successful on your claim then we charge a service fee of 36% , subject to a minimum fee of £25.
2What information is required?
We have a totally online process which saves time. We just require basic information ( No receipts / No Tax records) Just sign the the online forms and we will act as your Tax Agent with HMRC.
3How many years / jobs can I claim Tax Rebate ?
You can claim back up to last 4 tax years . There are strict deadlines by which you must submit your claim. you can claim for multiple previous jobs during the last 4 years.
4How Long does it take to get my Tax Rebate ?
Most claims are completed within 6-12 weeks. We will keep you informed of updates on your claim.
5Who pays for the Rebate
The rebate will be recovered directly from HMRC, as you are reclaiming the overpaid tax you have personally paid through your wages. Your employer is not affected by this claim.
6What is your link to HMRC
We are Authorised Tax Agents of HMRC. HMRC does not itself endorse or have affilaitions with Private companies.

8Cancellation
You have 7 days cooling off period from the time of your online claim to inform us of your cancellation. You can use the contact page of website or send an email to claims@employeetax.co.uk to cancel. After 7 days , it is not possible to cancel as we have completed our work and submitted your claim.
9Will I receive a cheque or bank transfer ?
Payment's will be made via cheque, as a strict security measure we can only post cheques to the address on the application form. We cannot pay via bank transfer.
10What If I lose my cheque
We can re-issue your cheque, however, there will be a fee of £20 This fee is to cover the cost of cancelling your original cheque and associated admin costs and generating a new cheque..
